You should receive two automated emails regarding your order:
- Order confirmation: This will confirm that your credit card has been charged and your order is being processed.
- Shipping confirmation: This email confirms that your order has shipped from our warehouse in Covington, VA. You will receive a tracking number to use via the FedEx or USPS tracking service.
If there are any problems with your order, our Customer Service team will email and/or call you with any questions or updates.
